Platform

One platform. Every step — verified.

Reeco® integrates certification verification, supply chain traceability, mass balance calculation and Digital Product Passport emission in a single B2B SaaS portal. Every output is cryptographically signed with Ed25519 — legally opponible, audit-ready, ESPR-compliant.

How it works
Four steps. Zero approximation.
Step 01
INPUT
Ingest Certifications

Suppliers upload GRS, RCS, OCS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX certificates via their dedicated portal access. Reeco AI reads the TC data and queues verification against the live certification body database.

Step 02
VERIFY
Live TC Verification

Reeco AI navigates autonomously to Textile Exchange, Control Union, Intertek and other certification body portals. It inserts the TC data and receives real-time confirmation from the primary source — not a cached database.

Step 03
CALCULATE
Mass Balance per Garment

Reeco's mass balance engine calculates certified grams per garment using GSM, cut width and yield coefficients. When certified material runs short, the system automatically adjusts content claims and alerts the brand — which then decides independently.

Step 04
EMIT
Issue DPP

Each garment receives its own Digital Product Passport — signed Ed25519, timestamped, QR-linked. The DPP includes composition, chain of custody, sustainability indices, and all verified certification references.

Portal Modules
Everything in one place.
CERTIFICATIONS
Certification Management

Upload, store and verify GRS, RCS, OCS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX and other standards. Every certificate is verified live against the issuing body and signed with timestamp.

TRACEABILITY
Supply Chain Traceability

Map every supplier, processor and manufacturer. Track raw materials from fiber origin through spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing to the finished garment. Every step recorded and verifiable.

MASS BALANCE
Mass Balance Engine

Automatically bridges GRS bulk certification (kg per quarter) to ESPR per-garment declaration. No spreadsheets, no manual calculation, no rounding errors.

DPP EMISSION
Digital Product Passport

Generate ESPR-compliant DPPs per garment. GS1 Digital Link compatible, EU DPP Registry ready (operative July 2026), Ed25519 signed. QR code accessible by authorities, buyers and consumers.

INDICES
Sustainability Indices

Durability Index V1.02, Repairability Index V3.1, Recyclability Index — automatically computed from laboratory test reports uploaded by suppliers. Published to JRC Seville on direct invitation.

ESG REPORTING
ESG & CSRD Reporting

Verified data feeds directly into CSRD, EPR and Green Claims Directive reporting. No consulting fees for data preparation — outputs are audit-ready from day one.

Supplier Engagement
Your entire supply chain. One portal.

Every supplier, manufacturer and processor in your supply chain gets dedicated portal access — in their language, calibrated to their role. They upload certifications, test reports and shipping data directly. Reeco verifies automatically.

Reeco AI guides new suppliers through onboarding in 20+ languages. If a supplier gets stuck, Reeco AI resolves the issue — you don't get the call.
