Data we collect

When you use reeco.eco and its subdomains, we may collect:

• Contact information you voluntarily provide (name, email, company) via the demo request form
• Technical data automatically collected by our server (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes
• Portal users: supply chain data, certification documents, and product data necessary for DPP issuance

Legal basis for processing

• Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) — for portal clients and demo requests
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) — for security logging and analytics
• Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) — for tax and accounting records

AI Systems Disclosure (EU AI Act Art. 52)

Reeco® operates AI-assisted systems including Reecopedia (RAG-based regulatory search) and Reeco AI (onboarding assistant). These systems interact with users and process text inputs. In accordance with EU AI Act Article 52, users are informed that they are interacting with AI systems. Reecopedia outputs are sourced from verified regulatory documents and cited accordingly.

Data retention

Contact form data: retained for 24 months or until deletion request. Portal data: retained for the duration of the service agreement plus 5 years for legal compliance. Server logs: 90 days.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any right, contact: stefano.cipriani.studio@pec.it

Cookies

reeco.eco uses no third-party tracking cookies. Technical session cookies may be used for portal authentication. No advertising or profiling cookies are deployed.

Third-party services

Reeco® uses Google Fonts for typography (fonts loaded via Google CDN). No other third-party scripts are loaded on the marketing pages. Portal services use infrastructure hosted by IONOS SE (EU-based).
